This service has being designed for those shipments requiring HIGH PRIORITY is its handing, form reception to delivery, confirming the shipping of that cargo according to restricted timing.



Characteristics:
It is an over compensative product to our regular service prepared for those shipments that must fly urgently. Both, the air waybill and the cargo are marked with special labeling, pre-alerted from origin to destiny, Generating a notification when the arrival is concluded.In our reservation system, a highlight notification is applied
These shipments are checked with a proactive follow up, which means that the cargo is being monitored constantly.

  • The reception and delivery notification is sent by e-mail with a POD (Proof of Delivery)
  • It is a product with an special feel.
  • It is only available on certain routes
  • The fee will be returned in case the Priority is not accomplished during the flight.
  • Cargo collect shipments are allowed.


    Restrictions:


  • Neither dangerous goods nor animals are allowed.

 

General Procedures:

  • Reservations must be confirmed 6 hours before the flight
  • The air waybill must contain the label of PRIORITY in the handling information area, besides the correct fee, telephone number and contact for destiny notification.
  • All shipment must have a PRIORITY label provided by Mas Air
  • All cargo must contain Mas Air PRIORITY labels (two per piece on each side of the pack)
  • Cargo and documents must be delivered 6 hours before flight
  • All PRIORITY pallets must be taped (with PRIORITY labels) by our service department highlighting those among the rest of the cargo in order to obtain a quick identification and handling over the platform
  • The pallet must be located strategically to allow its fast handling
  • Once the pallet is closed and covered with plastic, a PRIORITY label must be set over it..
  • The air waybill will be notified in destiny as a PRIORITY service, via e-mail and highlighting name and timing.

Product designed specially for those more important shipments; Mas Air guarantees that your shipment is transported in the requested and reserved flight; if not you will be reimbursed. The handling allows the planning of an ideal logistic chain of each one of your shipments, due to the security that the service offers.

Before the acceptance of a shipment, it will have to complete the following requirements:

  • It is a product of major value added to our regular service, destined for shipments that required a guarantee for the transportation in a flight.

  • These shipments include from the reservation or request, a proactive follow-up in our reservations system with a distinctive annotation for its consideration to the moment to define the priorities of a flight, and it is available for direct flights.

  • It is a product with special rate that guaranteed the 100% refund of the full freight and is available for general and consolidated load, not available neither in dangerous goods nor alive animals.

 

General Procedures:

  • LReservations with service PREMIUM can be realized up to 8 hours before the flight and must be notified when reserving

  • The air guide must contain PREMIUM's legend in the space handling information as well as the correct charges, telephone and contact for the notification in destination
  • Documents and cargo must enter 6 hours before the flight.

  1. Mas Air does not take responsibility for mistakes of assignment of service in the AWB. It is the responsibility of the forwarder to assure that the above mentioned information formed of the documentation should be correct.
  2. The shipments must be suitable for the weight and dimensions of our equipments
