Product designed for the managing of those shipments that required priority access to some flight with already sold space.
Its managing allows from the reservation the access on the flight requested over other shipments contracted with standard product.



Characteristics:
Before the acceptance of a shipment, it will have to complete the following requirements:

  • It is a product of major value added to our regular service, created for shipments with special requirements in a flight, and with last minute reservation.
  • These shipments include from the reservation or request, a proactive follow-up in our reservations system with a distinctive annotation for its consideration to the moment to define the priorities of a flight, which means that it is identified at all time for its good managing.
  • It is a product with special rates
  • Only is available in certain routes.
  • Hold to availability and imponderable not in the control of the airline and it(he) an be displaced by PREMIUM shipment.
  • Not available neither in dangerous goods, nor in alive animals.

 

General Procedures:

  • Reservations with service PRIORITY can be realized up to 8 hours before the flight.
  • The air guide must contain PRIORITY's legend in the space handling information as well as the correct charges, telephone and contact for the notification in destination.
  • Documents and cargo must enter 6 hours before the flight.

Product designed specially for those more important shipments; Mas Air guarantees that your shipment is transported in the requested and reserved flight; if not you will be reimbursed. The handling allows the planning of an ideal logistic chain of each one of your shipments, due to the security that the service offers.

Before the acceptance of a shipment, it will have to complete the following requirements:

  • It is a product of major value added to our regular service, destined for shipments that required a guarantee for the transportation in a flight.

  • These shipments include from the reservation or request, a proactive follow-up in our reservations system with a distinctive annotation for its consideration to the moment to define the priorities of a flight, and it is available for direct flights.

  • It is a product with special rate that guaranteed the 100% refund of the full freight and is available for general and consolidated load, not available neither in dangerous goods nor alive animals.

Generales Procedures:

Reservations with service PREMIUM can be realized up to 8 hours before the flight and must be notified when reserving.

The air guide must contain
PREMIUM's legend in the space handling information as well as the correct charges, telephone and contact for the notification in destination.

Documents and cargo must enter 6 hours before the flight.

Notes for o products:

  1. Mas Air does not take responsibility for mistakes of assignment of service in the AWB. It is the responsibility of the forwarder to assure that the above mentioned information formed of the documentation should be correct.
  2. The shipments must be suitable for the weight and dimensions of our equipments
  3. Restrictions apply for the refund of the freight
